RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Damages and Issues with Order:  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it right away. 

 

Return Policy: We aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you're not fully happy with our products, you can return products for a refund, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in it's original packaging.

All of our products carry a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

 

 Return Process: Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. For exchanges, please return your product for a refund and place a new order on decomomo.com for the correct item.

  3. Products you wish to return
  4. Proof of purchase
  5. Brief reason of return 

 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Except if the item is damaged, wrong or defective, the return freight is on customers responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 72 hours of receiving. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please consider that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
