What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Debit cards.
Will I receive a confirmation for my order?
An order confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been placed.
Can you tell me the availability of a specific item?
If an item is temporarily unavailable, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to share your interest. We will contact you once all the items are back in stock and ready to be shipped.
How do I care for my DECOMOMO products?
Our bins are delivered in a folded state. To help remove the creases, we suggest stuffing the bins with pillows, blankets, etc. to expand the shape of the bins. Our bins can also be lightly steamed or ironed on low heat. Gentle reminder that only the exterior of the bag can be safely ironed or steamed.
Please note that our items may consist of a chemical scent due to the production process. If experienced, air out the product(s) for 2-3 days to remove the scent.
Are the product colours portrayed on the website accurate?
Our team works exceptionally hard to display product colours and textures accurately. However, relative inconsistencies may exist from one display monitor to another.
Is the handle logo on both sides of the storage bins?
Our pleather handles are on both sides of the storage bins with the logo on one end.
